Colombia Narino Pasto coffee is a blend of several varieties of Arabica coffee: Castillo, Caturra and Typica.
Grown in the volcanic soils at very high elevations with long days of sunlight, these plants thrive and can take time to develop their natural sugars and pleasant acidity.
In this complex cup we find pleasant rustic citrus acidity with chocolate, cherry and tart apple flavors with secondary notes of cranberry, hibiscus and caramel.
