Coffee from the Huila region of Colombia is always a treat, but we find this coffee special because it was cultivated by Cesar Augusto Tapia Diaz on his 6-acre farm where he lives with his wife and two daughters. Cesar has taken a great deal of care to intercrop his coffee, which helps him better manage the health of his farm and provides his family with another source of income and food security.
This is a classic Colombian; clean with mild acidity, resulting in a sweet and balanced cup.
